As a follow-up to the successful evening with Muji in February of this year in Kelet Kávézó, he will now tell us in April about growing vegetables, herbs, fruit and flowers in an ecologically sustainable manner.
Join us for an overview of how to start a productive garden! We will cover topics such as soil types, watering, seed germination, harvesting and closing a garden for winter.
Agroecology is the study of ecological sustainable agriculture, ensuring cycles of nutrients, water and carbon are maintained don the site. Circular thinking and ecological paradigms are honoured and utilised in these systems. This creates a resilience and productivity that yields health for people eating from the land as well health of the land itself”.
